Hadoop - Upgrade Cloudera Manager 4 to the Latest Cloudera Manager

Cloudera's "Upgrade Cloudera Manager 4 to the Latest Cloudera Manager" instruction is pretty clear, I followed step by step in the instruction and upgraded the CM in our cluster successfully.
